Dr. Sheila Pongnon and her staff are wonderful so kind, caring, and professional. Dr. Pongnon took the time to listen to me and carefully evaluate my concerns. I felt heard and well cared for. I highly recommend her!

I used to have a lot of confidence in this clinic but now not so much. Staff doesn’t return calls, nurses to don’t back with results, medical records are not updated and the clinic cancels appointments without calling to reschedule. Idk what’s going on but this used to be a facility I recommended with 5 stars. I hope some real efforts will be taking place to go back to standards they once operated at.

I loved her first time there everything was really nice front desk girl n the doctor was beyond the student girl was with her I dont really like that but she was actually really nice n made me feel comfy and did a good job but the doctor made me feel so welcome n very professional love it and it was clean n fast

Dr. P, has been my GYN doctor for over several years and she is personal, efficient and a wonderful soul.
Only down fall in the Mt. Vernon office is that’s its only street parking and no parking lot for patients.

Loved the nurse. The doctor was dry and seemed bored/uninterested. Not helpful toward those us on Medicaid/financial constraints. Kept trying to paint my need as cosmetic even when I explained how it’s functional/affects daily activities. Definitely needs more empathy as a woman’s practitioner.
